CANCELLATION POLICY
Order changes or cancellations:

After the 59-minute window, we’re unable to process cancellations because orders move quickly into fulfillment.
RETURN POLICY

Customers may return unopened packages within 7 days of delivery, in the condition received.

A refund will be issued minus a restocking fee and any return shipping costs.

HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, email info@medivitaal.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for the return. All returns must be pre-approved by our team before sending the item back. Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Include your order number and shipping name with the return to ensure fast processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
INSPECTION & REFUNDS
After we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection. Once we confirm all returned items are in good condition, please allow up to 40 business days from the date of confirmation for your refund to be processed. If you haven’t received your refund after we’ve confirmed it was processed successfully, please contact your financial institution.
We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse. All refunds are issued in euros (€EUR) based on the original purchase. Customers are responsible for any foreign currency or conversion fees.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We take great care to package our products to prevent damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Packaging damage (e.g., a dented box) is not considered damage if the product inside remains intact.
Reporting damaged items:
If your item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@medivitaal.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your eligibility for a replacement at no extra cost. Refunds are not provided for damaged items, and we do not accept returns or replacements for damage caused by normal wear, tears, or misuse.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
While we strive to deliver your order on time, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control. This includes delays caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen factors during transit. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect you from fraudulent activity, we verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information provided to the payment processor. We also screen transactions for suspicious activity and may request additional information to verify a transaction. If fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer immediately.
