CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Changes or Cancellations:
Customers may modify or cancel their order within 59 minutes after purchase by contacting us via the provided email address.
After this 59-minute window, the company can no longer process cancellations, as orders are quickly prepared for shipment.
RETURN POLICY
Customers may return unopened packages within 7 days of delivery.
A refund will be issued minus a restocking fee and any return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our money-back guarantee only applies if a product is damaged during transport or delivered incomplete.
For hygienic reasons, tight-fitting clothing, underwear, and opened cosmetics/creams/oils cannot be returned.
Additionally, individual results may vary.
We do not guarantee identical results as shown on our landing pages, as outcomes differ per person.
Use our products only as directed on the packaging.
Return Process
To submit a return, email info@medivitaal.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
All returns must be pre-approved by our team before sending the item back.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused.
Include your order number and shipping name with the return to ensure quick processing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection and Refunds
Once your return is received, it may take up to 10 business days to inspect the items.
After confirming that all returned products are in good condition, your refund may take up to 40 business days from the confirmation date.
If you have not received your refund after confirmation, please contact your financial institution.
We do not issue refunds for items that are used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear or misuse.
All refunds are provided in euros (€EUR) based on the original purchase.
Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate charges.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping.
An item is considered damaged if it is defective or physically broken.
Damage to packaging, such as dents or scratches on boxes, is not considered product damage if the item itself remains intact.
Reporting Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@medivitaal.com with a clear photo of the damage.
We will assess if you qualify for a replacement at no extra cost.
No refunds are issued for damaged items, and we do not accept returns or replacements for damage caused by normal use, wear, or misuse.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
While we do our best to deliver your order on time, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control.
This includes delays caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen factors during transit.
For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
FRAUD PROTECTION
To protect you from fraudulent activity, we verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information provided to the payment processor.
We also monitor transactions for suspicious activity and may request additional information to verify a transaction.
If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer immediately.
